The renovation of this attic involves both the architectural setting and the development of the interior furnishings, in a continuous dialogue between inside and outside. Set in the living area, the large windows flood the room with natural light, offering an excellent view of the Orobic Prealps. The great brightness is accentuated by the choice of white beams and walls, in contrast with the heat-treated oak floor with warm dark veins.
The furnishings of the living area marry the neutral colors of an ice gray highlighting the chromatic choice of the teal velvet of the sofa and the Tundra Gray marble top of the kitchen with deep light veins.
The peninsula structure of the kitchen provides a comfortable worktop that can also be used as a snack bar for quick meals. On the left, the columns serving the kitchen flow into an equipped furniture on the side, serving the passage and entrance area to the attic.
Even in the sleeping area, the furnishings reflect the linear and luminous aesthetics of the living area, with shaped recessed handles.
The bedroom uses the side wall for a service closet, while the head of the bed features a greater thickness providing additional storage space. In front of the large double bed with trunk structure, a sliding door marks the entrance to the walk-in closet. This is equipped with double-height hangers on the sides and drawers with linen in the center topped with shelves for folded. The entire structure in canvas bilaminate guarantees great resistance and a soft touch aesthetic.
The impact created in the bathroom is different, in which, beyond the shower, the crystal takes shape in the shaped cabinet of a deep blue with a Lacobel top in the same color. Closing doors with wooden frame and acid-etched glass inserts mark the closure of an utily room that takes advantage of the low height of the attic.
A staircase equipped with lighting marks steps and an important contemporary design wall chandelier welcomes guests at the entrance, leading them into the interchange between the living and sleeping areas. This is enriched with small antique furnishings, creating a suggestive vintage corner.
